I have extensive experience in writing requests for proposals (RFPs) for organizations looking to partner with digital firms in web redesign projects. I have written detailed RFPs for Vancity Community Foundation, Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia, Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association of BC, College of Massage Therapists of BC, Justice Institute of BC, Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research, and other organizations. I assist in managing RFP processes by providing recommendations for vendors to include in an RFP. I also provide and implement weighted assessment criteria for both written submissions and in-person demos/interviews, and support organization issuing RFPs to the point of selecting a vendor and beyond. I also provides similar services for requests for quotations (RFQs) and requests for information (RFIs).

I have more than 15 years of experience managing web redesign projects for organizations and small businesses. I have managed web redesigns for the Justice Institute of BC, College of Massage Therapists of BC, Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research, Pronto Caffe, and other organizations. My services in this area include writing and managing RFPs for web vendors; acting on behalf of organizations and small businesses to ensure web vendors meet agreed-upon requirements; providing project management for internal teams; designing information architecture; developing content strategy, and delivering on the strategy by writing web-friendly content and providing engaging photography; designing and conducting usability testing; maintaining content post-launch with web content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal; and other services.

I’m an Instagramer chosen as a suggested user by Instagram. I have collaborated with brands – including NBA Canada and Mazda Canada – on Instagram campaigns. Phoenix-based Bloguettes recruited me to be on a team of Instagram influencers to teach mobile photography and Instagram strategy at InstaCamp Palm Springs.
