About This Project

The Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association (GVHBA) represents the residential construction industry in the Greater Vancouver Area. GVHBA turned to me when they wanted to develop a request for proposals (RFP) for a redesign of the organization’s website. I worked closely with GVHBA as I delivered the following services:

• Providing a strategy for developing and managing an effective RFP process.
• Providing a detailed template for writing an RFP.
• Editing an RFP written by GVHBA, based on the template.
• Providing weighted assessment criteria for determining a shortlist.
• Participating in interviews of vendors selected for the shortlist.
• Contributing to the decision to select a vendor to redesign GVHBA’s website.

 
GVHBA is now working with the successful vendor to redesign the organization’s website.
